TLHM-series fluidized bed jet crusher

TLHM-series fluidized bed jet crusher is a novel generation of ultrafine airflow crushing equipment. Working principle

The material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port. The air entered by thedistributor is accelerated by the intense expansion of the comminution nozzles,producing thesupersonic jet which would form the centripetal reverse jet flow field in the lower part of thecrushing chamber.The differential pressure willfluidize the materials.The accelerated materialwould converge at the intersection point of thenozzles and be smashed by violent impact, collisionand friction.The crushed material moves with the updraft to the centrifugal impeller classifier onthe upper part of the comminution chamber.In the forced eddy current field generated by thehigh-speed impellerthe fine powder which meets certain fineness requirementsisinhaled into thegraded impeller along with the airflow.The fine powder is then discharged by the grading wheelinto subsequent equipment forfurther processingMeanwhileother coarse powder would return tothe crushing area by centrifugal force forfurther crushing.
