TCFJ-serise superfine separator

TCFJseries superfine separator could be used cooperatively withTLHM-series fuidized bed jet crusher to further remove ultrafine powder.Theequipmenti quipped with a centrifugalspiralfeeder grader mounted vertically with two rotors.This machine hasthe advantages of advancedclassification principle,compact design, reasonable structure, smooth operation and user-friendly control.

 

Working principle

The material would disperse evenly around the shell cavity under the effect of centrifugal forceand the upper scraper after being added into the machine body by the inlet.On the way down thespiral channel,a part of the fine material(ultrafine powder) will be separated from the outlet of thefine powder by the graded air flow, the upper grading wheel and the upper separating wheel, andthen be discharged from the lower powder outlet.The remaining powder material which continuesto fall is discharged by the scraping plate through the coarse material mouth, obtaining the finished product.
